The basics

What SYLO is

SYLO is a digital productivity tool that helps you organise your tasks and life goals. It uses AI to sort your backlog and sends you a weekly focus email. It is a tool — not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including financial, legal, medical, or mental health advice.

Your account

• — You must be 18 or over to use SYLO
• — You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• — You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account
• — You must provide accurate information when signing up
• — One account per person

Subscription and payment

• — The Sorted plan costs £8 per month
• — Payment is taken monthly via Stripe
• — You can cancel at any time from your account settings
• — Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• — We do not offer refunds for partial months
• — We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Your content

The content you enter into SYLO — your tasks, life stack items, and dump text — belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership over it. We use it only to provide the SYLO service to you.

What we are not responsible for

SYLO is a productivity tool. We are not responsible for:

• — Any decisions you make based on using SYLO
• — Any outcomes resulting from tasks or goals you set in SYLO
• — Any temporary unavailability of the service
• — Any loss of data beyond what is covered by our backup systems

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• — Use SYLO for anything illegal
• — Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• — Reverse engineer or copy SYLO
• — Use SYLO to send spam to your accountability partner or anyone else

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. SYLO Toolkit Ltd is registered in England and Wales.
